At BOZ Timberworks, every piece is made by hand with care and attention to detail. Because of this, our shipping times can vary depending on production schedules, material availability, and delivery location.

 


 

1. Processing & Production Time

 

All pieces are made to order unless stated otherwise.

Production time typically ranges between 3–6 weeks depending on design complexity and workload.


Once your order is complete, we will contact you to confirm delivery details and arrange a suitable time.

 


 

2. Delivery Areas

 

We currently deliver locally to:

 

  • Sydney

  • Central Coast

  • Newcastle

 

If you are located outside these areas, please contact us at support@boztimberworks.com.au before placing your order — we may be able to arrange custom freight or pickup options.

 


 

3. Delivery Method

 

All deliveries are made by hand or via trusted local freight partners.

We take care to ensure that every piece arrives in perfect condition.

 

  • You will receive an email or text message confirming your delivery date and time.

  • Larger pieces may require assistance upon delivery (two-person lift).

  • Delivery is to ground level only, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

 


 

4. Shipping Fees


Local delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our workshop in Springfield, NSW.

Pickup from our workshop is free of charge and can be arranged by appointment.

 


 

5. Delays

 

Delays can occasionally occur due to supplier issues, weather, or freight carrier schedules.

We will always communicate transparently about your order’s progress and expected completion date.

 


 

6. Damaged Items

 

We take every precaution when packaging and delivering your furniture.

If your order arrives damaged:

 

  1. Contact us immediately at support@boztimberworks.com.au.

  2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging.

  3. We will repair, replace, or refund the item in line with Australian Consumer Law.

 

 


 

7. International Shipping

 

We currently do not ship internationally.

Future international delivery options will be announced as we expand our production and logistics capacity.
